Dr. Leila Cao completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Melbourne in 2020, having previously majored in human structure and function in her undergraduate degree in Biomedicine at the same university.

Leila believes that smiling is the universal expression of comfort, happiness, and intimacy. As a dentist, she strives to not only restore and elevate her patients’ smiles but also enhance the dental experience. Leila uses her commitment to dentistry and her skills to keep her patients at ease (cracking a few smiles too) while delivering the highest level of care. Dr. Leila is continuously developing her dental skills through courses and education to serve her patient base in the wider Port Macquarie community. She is currently undertaking a two-year postgraduate diploma in orthodontics and clear aligners.

Outside of dentistry, Leila enjoys exploring the coastline with her family and keeping up with her golden retriever.
